For a Mexican citizen to work in Canada, a work permit is required. To apply for a work permit, you will need a job offer from a Canadian employer, which will need to be supported by a positive Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).

The eligibility requirements are as follows:

• Ability to communicate in English
• Verifiable work experience related to the position
• Clean immigration record (no time spent illegally in the US, no deportation)
• No criminal record

If you wish to continue our services and meet the eligibility requirements, we will offer you a job search service to help you find an employer in Canada. When you are selected by an employer, we will represent the employer before the LMIA and represent you with your immigration application(s).

Please note that there are fees associated with our professional representation, however, most fees will be payable after you arrive in Canada and you will not make any payments until you have accepted a job offer from a Canadian employer.
